Landowner's Permission Document

I, ______________________________, residing at ______________________________________ give permission to Daniel S. Wolff of 237 Prospect Hill Road, Waltham, MA 02451 and/or his assignees (see item number 5 below) to harvest deer on my property, upon acceptance of the following stipulations:

1. That he/they use commercially reasonable efforts to act in the safest, most responsible manner reasonably practical.

2. That he/they abide by all the requirements and laws related to deer hunting as set forth by MassWildlife, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

3. That he/they do not enter any other property but mine without proper authorization.

4. That this document pertains to the 2009 deer season only, unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. I authorize Dan Wolff and his assignees to periodically hunt on my property. I understand that the assignees' qualifications have been reviewed and approved by MassDeerService. These qualifications include high standards of safety, responsibility, respect and ethics. The list of assignees and their personal files are available by contacting Dan Wolff.

6. I understand that I am released from liability if I honor Massachusetts General Law Chapter 21, Section 17 C summarized in the Abstracts of the Massachusetts Fish and Wildlife laws as follows: "Any landowner permitting use of his property for recreation without charging a fee is not liable for injuries to recreational users or their property except in cases of willful, wanton or reckless conduct by the owner."

7. I understand that MassDeerService carries liability insurance which has also made available to me. I understand that by contacting Dan Wolff, I can receive applicable policy and subscription information.

I reserve the right to revoke hunting permission in writing at any time without cause.

I understand and accept the stipulations outlined in this document.
