For over 20 years we've with worked landowners and municipalities across Eastern
Massachusetts struggling with deer over-population on their private properties. Our
organization enrolls experienced, ethical bow hunters to help manage the deer
population on their land.
All Hunters must undergo a thorough application process which includes:
Qualified Hunters who successfully pass our application
process will secure their own private hunting location(s) within the
Eastern Massachusetts region. Deer on many of these properties have never
encountered a threatening human presence.
All subject properties are surveyed prior to program enrollment. Plot sizes vary
depending on location, with many in close proximity to populated suburban areas, all
dealing with serious deer over-population issues.
While the opportunity exists to harvest a mature deer in its prime, our goal is herd
management not trophy hunting. Please contact us if you would like additional

- In Person Interviews
- Check of all Licenses and Permits
- Background (CORI) Check
- Archery Skill Proficiency Test
- Acceptance of our Policies, Rules & Regulations
