HOW IT WORKS

Once we are contacted by a suburban property owner, we like to make sure that there is a legitimate concern for all parties involved.

We will conduct an initial telephone interview for qualification purposes, this way we can determine whether or not it is in our best interest to take the next step and survey the property.

Some of the criteria for consideration include:

  • Size of land
  • Location of property
  • Proximity to neighbors
  • Severity of actual deer problem(s)
  • Access to feeding/bedding areas and water source for deer
  1. If a favorable number of the above mentioned criteria are met, we'll examine satellite/aerial photographs of the property. These can be found at www.mapquest .com or through Google Maps.

  2. The next step would be an actual personal survey of the land to determine appropriate hunting locations. Some of which could be right in the middle
    of the backyard!

  3. If everything looks good, A copy of the standard landowners permission agreement (please download a copy by clicking here) will need to be signed and returned by mail, fax, or email.  Pick-ups can also be arranged.

Mass law requires that this document be kept by anyone hunting deer on private property.

This is a legal requirement and contains references to release of liabilities as described in Chapter 21 Section 17C of The Massachusetts General Laws .
